Join The NMG Team
If you’re ready to make an impact with a team that supports some of the nation’s most important missions, we invite you to explore a career with NMG. Visit our Careers Portal to see current openings and start your application.
NMG is a SDVOSB Joint Venture. As such, it is an unpopulated joint venture and your prospective employment will be direct with one of the joint venture partners: NATIGROUP or Maytag.
NMG is actively recruiting skilled and motivated individuals to support our growing operations.
Working with us means being part of a mission-focused team that values professionalism, safety, and excellence. We offer opportunities across a range of fields – from hands-on roles in logistics and fuel services to leadership positions in project management.
While our initial hiring focus is within the contiguous United States, our projects have a global scope, so there may be opportunities for international assignments as we expand.

Make an Impact.
We seek team members who are innovative problem-solvers and share our commitment to quality. As an NMG employee, you will help support critical U.S. Government missions, whether it’s keeping supply chains running smoothly or ensuring aircraft are refueled and ready on time. We foster a supportive environment where veterans and industry professionals are encouraged to apply, and where continuous training and mentorship are provided. (NATI alone has hired hundreds of personnel over the years for federal contracts, honing a keen understanding of how to recruit and retain high-quality staff.)
