Project Manager


Project Manager at various Overseas locations. This position will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction work at the job site.  Is familiar with US Embassy/OBO standards for construction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise and coordinate on-site activities of construction project, reporting to Project Coordinator.
  • Supervise crews to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale communication, commitment, and teamwork. Review crew's work product.
  •  Recognizes and communicates any project priorities or problems, such as employee or job costing issues and complaints/feedback.
  • Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, bring problems to the attention of Project Coordinator.
  • May also engage in the same construction trades work as the workers being supervised.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • 15 years hands on experience planning, organizing, executing and closing commercial construction projects
  • Experience and training must include methods, techniques, equipment, and hands on experience in a supervisory position
  • Must be able to read, understand and apply information obtained from blueprints, surveys, and job specifications.
  • Must demonstrate a good attitude and and ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Clearance Level : SECRET Required
